We are seeking a talented professional to join our team in a part-time role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in process optimization, risk management and regulatory compliance.
* Developing and maintaining process maps, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
* Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as ISM, BCM and DORA
* Maintaining procedural instructions for process adaptations in the department
* Supporting regulatory requirements such as ORM, Self Assessment and scenario analysis
* Implementing regulatory reporting obligations in payment transactions
* Contributing to projects implementing regulatory requirements
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent
* 1-2 years of experience in process optimization, risk management or regulatory compliance
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Fluent German language skills
