We are looking for YOU as Mechatronics Product Technical Manager (m/w/d) for our location in Bietigheim. These challenges await you: Ensure smooth communication between the R&D Team and customer in regards to all R&D related topics at mechanics and electronics level. Responsibility of the Work Package related budget and efficiency. Responsibility of delivering samples on time to ensure success of the project. Taking part in supplier negotiations to ensure sample delivery on time with right quality. Call for the necessary design reviews. Representing the Mechatronic function of the product to the customer, breaking down the customer's (external or internal) requirements and needs. Identification of needs in terms of resources, investments and equipment. Responsibility for communication with production plants and preparing good starting conditions for future mass production. Establish simple break down of activities to meet the customer delivery on time. Daily management of all team members (HW and mechatronics engineers and technicians) and project contributors, assigning tasks, tracking the progress. You inspire us with that: Education in a technical field (preferably Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronic or Electrical Engineering). Experience within R&D environment in automotive. Experience with mechatronics development. Experience with industrialization or new production launch including communication with suppliers. Good command of English & German (spoken and written).
