Role Overview
This role involves overseeing business relationships and driving growth strategies to boost customer satisfaction.
* Business Development: Identify opportunities to enhance overall performance through data-driven recommendations.
* Supply Chain Optimization: Implement initiatives to reduce costs, defects, and lead times while managing stock in the fulfillment centre.
* Marketing Strategy: Develop campaigns to promote new products, increase traffic, and improve conversion rates.
* Product Launch Management: Facilitate the launch of new products, enhance discoverability, and ensure a smooth ramp-up process.
The Associate Account Manager will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to implement innovative ideas and processes within the EU region. This includes working with Category Management, Supply Chain management, Finance, and Marketing teams.
To succeed in this role, you'll require strong business acumen, analytical skills, and experience in Business Operations, E-Commerce, or Management. Additionally, you should possess fluency in both German and English (minimum C1 level), knowledge of MS Office programs, and planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
