WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Operational ownership of the Operational & Non-Financial Risk Framework Responsibilities for key operational risk processes including loss reporting, RCSA, Incident reviews, etc. Owner of the approach / model for economic capital calculation for operational risk Key contact point for business on matters related to losses, controls, risk assessments, etc. Reporting to Senior Management on ORM related matters including incidents, risk profile, etc. Advising Management on further enhancing the Internal Control Systems, Control Frameworks Monitoring and controlling of ORM related KPIs for the Group Directly supporting the Product teams in designing and implementing new products on matters related to controls, risks, process management, etc. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 5 Years Experience operational risk management with exposure to banking, wealth management, brokerage, etc. Experience in supervisory interaction related to operational risk management Deep understanding of German and European regulation, including the MaRisk, CRR, CRD, DORA, etc. relevant for operational risk management Experience modelling operational risk, scenario analysis, reporting Technical background and ability to handle complexity of IT systems and related processes Ability to handle big sets of data, creating smaller solutions (coding skills a strong advantage) Calm and collected personality in the face of stressful situations WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY NOW Our culture rewards ownership, excellence, and high energy.
