The Opportunity
This position works out of our Wiesbaden location in the Abbott GmbH.
Your Tasks:
1. Work with multiple levels of the Sales organization to develop pricing proposals and contract documents while ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, OEC policies, and business rules
2. Lead and independently manage complex pricing proposals and deal configurations, guiding pricing structure, financial impact, and alignment with business strategy
3. Own the creation of customer pricing proposals from start to finish, using both internal and customer templates, including financial and pricing modeling
4. Provide pricing analysis, P&L impact assessments, and support contract development and execution for large customers
5. Apply a strong understanding of contracts and pricing to ensure decisions comply with legal, regulatory, and business standards
6. Prepare, analyze, and present active contract performance in relation to contractual obligations
7. Coordinate the contracts with the compliance by creating contract compliance cadence and follow up with the Sales team to support the contract compliance for the deals
8. Maintain active pricelists with the most accruate list numbers and accurate pricelist of the customers/distributors
9. Guide Sales on contract language related to pricing, including adjustments, incentives, escalators, and volume‑based commitments
Your Qualification:
10. Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field
11. 5 years' of experience in contracting, pricing, finance, customer relationship management, analysis, or related field
12. 2+ years' knowledge of contracting and pricing strategies
13. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a time‑sensitive environment while managing multiple projects
14. Experience with complex pricing models, financial analysis, or large customer proposals (preferred)
15. Working knowledge of pricing‑related contract terms, commercial obligations, and how pricing structures tie to Terms & Conditions
16. Ability to interpret and communicate data insights, identify risks, draw conclusions, summarize results, and develop recommendations
17. Familiarity with Power BI, similar analytical tools.
