As a Maintenance Mechanic - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring that our facilities are safe and efficient. In this role, you will impact the overall success of the business by ensuring that our facilities are operating effectively and efficiently. Your expertise in maintenance will help to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our employees and customers, contributing to the overall productivity and success of the organization. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, lubrication, and adjustments, to ensure the proper functioning of equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime Conduct preventive maintenance activities to prevent equipment failure and extend equipment lifespan Collaborate with other maintenance team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical problems Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment WE VALUE Associate's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field Experience with preventive maintenance programs Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
