Customer support: Providing technical assistance and advice to customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction
Accurately recording all work carried out, including service reports and technical documentation
Ensuring all equipment meets relevant quality standards and compliance regulations
Coordinating the delivery and installation of equipment to laboratories or medical practices
Sales support: Supporting the sales team through participation in national trade fairs and congresses, as well as maintaining close collaboration with sales colleagues
Completed training in electrical engineering, medical technology, mechatronics, or a comparable technical qualification
Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of laboratory diagnostic equipment, ideally within the medical technology or laboratory sector
Willingness to travel extensively across Switzerland and south of Germany and flexibility to support a variety of customer sites as required
Solid IT proficiency, including MS Office, service software, and experience with laboratory or practice information systems
