Your future job
As our new Technical Services Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and customers across Germany. Your responsibilities include:
1. Providing expert technical support to our German sales team and customers.
2. Managing technical complaints and offering practical, customer-focused solutions for product and installation-related issues.
3. Organizing and delivering training sessions for internal teams and external partners.
4. Offering hands-on technical assistance for Unilin flooring products and accessories to our sales representatives, customers, and their clients.
5. Acting as a vital link between the German team and our technical experts in Belgium.
6. Supporting trade fairs and industry events. #LI-MD1
Who are you?
We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a customer-first mindset:
7. Solid technical background in construction, ideally as a floor installer, interior decorator, carpenter, or similar.
8. Residing in the Hannover – Düsseldorf – Kassel – Frankfurt area.
9. Willing and able to travel frequently to customer locations all across Germany and occasionally to our Belgian headquarters.
10. Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
11. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized.
12. A true team player.
13. Proficient in English and skilled in MS Office apps.
