The Role: As a senior account executive you will take responsibility for a book of business that has growth opportunities for cross selling and upselling, as well as renewal 30% of your time and the rest of the focus will be on developing new business within a pool of prospects you have been given to target. Working as a genuine market leader you will have a range of best of bread solutions including AI based solutions as well as e-invoicing, tax compliance, AR and AP automation right through to tax engines, in fact you will be able to offer tools right across the office of finance as part of their digital transformation program. The Company: Recognised as a true market leader in the office of finance world they have a range of solution utilizing AI and machine learning to help corporations with financial transformations projects. They are continuing to grow their product portfolio through both strategic acquisitions as well as developing further offerings in house to say at the forefront of the market. The Candidate: You will be a highly successful account executive / senior account executive that demonstrate taking a region and driving growth both in terms of new business acquisition within the enterprise market place as well as taking a book of business and growing it through cross selling and upselling. You will need to speak German to native level due to selling to the DACH region and also English to business level as all internal comms are in English. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record of sales within one of their product groups, ideally e-invoicing or indirect tax compliance, but they will also consider AP automation, AR automation, tax engines etc. The Package: On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between €90,000-€105,000 base salary depending on experience, health and a uncapped commission plan of €150,000-€175,000 ote based on your achieving target. h2 currently have over 100 hand-picked sales vacancies that cover all industries and all levels.
