Sinsheim, we are looking for a Student trainee (m/f/d) for an one year / 6 months internship in the area of strategic global purchasing starting January 1st, 6 or after your last exam in the winter semester 5/.
What are my responsibilities?
1. Alignment between different purchasing teams and centralized strategic procurement on a global level
2. Communication with different suppliers and preparation of negotiations
3. Participation in negotiations to ensure that pricing, delivery and quality requirements are met
4. Evaluation of proposals, quotations and purchase conditions
5. Adaption and analysis of purchasing data in the tools in SAP, Coupa & Power BI
6. Support the market research for new suppliers
What do I need to qualify for this job?
7. Student of materials- or industrial engineering or a comparable study
8. You feeling confident handling common MS - Office applications (esp. excel and word)
9. Good technical understanding and strong communication skills
10. Your english language skills are fluent (written and spoken)
