Your tasks:
In this leadership role, you will report directly to the Director HR Europe and take responsibility for the areas of vocational training, dual studies, trainee programs and training organisation at HELM. This includes the following activities:
1. Responsibility for the conception, implementation and further development of the training and education strategy at HELM for the region Europe
2. Coordination and support of apprentices in all training areas – from recruitment to training and final exams
3. Leading, mentoring and coaching apprentices in their professional development
4. Working closely with business departments and external training providers to ensure practical and future-oriented training and continuing education content, as well as ensuring suitable apprenticeships for HELM
5. Monitoring and evaluating training and continuing education programs to ensure their effectiveness and quality
6. Organizing and developing learning and training programs for HELM in Europe
7. Cooperation with the Corporate HR team on training and development to implement our global training strategy at HELM
Your profile:
8. You have a degree in education, psychology, human resources or a similar field of study – alternatively, you can demonstrate comparable training including professional experience.
9. You already have at least 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role within the field of training support.
10. The trainer certificate is a must, as you will take professional responsibility for our training programs.
11. Ideally, you have already gained experience in committee work and understand how to actively shape educational policy topics.
12. You have strategic knowledge with a focus on the topics of training and traineeships and are able to drive strategic HR projects in this area.
13. Knowledge of modern learning methods and innovative educational concepts is an advantage and will help you to take our training standards to the next level.
14. You are fluent in German and English to operate confidently in international contexts.
