As a Community Manager - Software Engineering Toolchain (f/m/div.), you will act as the central interface for supporting and building our internal and external developer community.
You will ensure user support and effective feedback management to continuously improve our software toolchain.
You will create and maintain knowledge content such as guides, FAQs, and best practice examples, and design community activities like webinars or theme days.
in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Communication, or a comparable qualification
Personality and Working Style: pronounced communication and moderation skills, high service orientation, enjoyment in solving technical problems, and a structured, independent, and proactive working approach
Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in community management or technical support, ideally in a software or embedded environment. Good understanding of software development processes, experience in creating technical content (tutorials, blog posts), and confident use of community platforms (forums, social media)
Languages: very good German and English
