This is aseller-doer leadership rolewith strong emphasis onbusiness development, client acquisition, and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will bring aportable book of businessand may join as an individual or with a team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and growthe Health Sciences practice across EMEA, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with global objectives.Develop and executeregional business development strategies to expand client relationships and service offerings.Oversee consulting engagementsin areas such as toxicology, epidemiology, product safety, regulatory compliance, and health risk assessment.Build and mentora high-performing team of consultants and subject matter experts.Represent J.S. Heldin industry forums, conferences, and client meetings, enhancing brand visibility and thought leadership.Collaborate globallywith colleagues across North America and APAC to share best practices and deliver integrated solutions.QualificationsEU-registered toxicologist status isrequired.Extensive experience in health sciences consulting, with expertise in one or more of the following: toxicology, epidemiology, product stewardship, regulatory affairs, or health risk assessment.Proven leadership experience in a regional or global consulting role, ideally within a top-tier firm or specialized consultancy.Strong understanding of EMEA regulatory frameworks, market dynamics, and client expectations.Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and strategic growth initiatives.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., German, Spanish or French) are a plus.Additional InformationWe welcome applications from individuals with disabilities.
