Are you an expert in automated application deployment and comfortable in the PowerShell world? For our renowned client in the broadcasting and media industry in Munich, we are immediately seeking an IT Administrator (m/f/d) for software distribution and scripting on a temporary basis.
In this position, you will be responsible for production and broadcast-related client systems and ensure smooth IT operations in a state-of-the-art broadcast environment.

Your tasks
6. Software distribution & packaging: You administer and maintain the Frontrange DSM V 7.x environment (including IIS and SQL) and create MSI and DSM packages, including for Citrix servers.
7. Scripting & Automation: With Windows PowerShell, VBS and VBA you can develop customized scripts to automate IT processes (e.g. in the Active Directory/Azure environment and for broadcast applications such as Avid, Digas, Adobe).
8. Support & Troubleshooting: You provide professional 2nd and 3rd level support with direct customer contact and handle incidents in a modern ITSM suite.
9. Projects & Design: They provide support with design and migration concepts, client development, and the management of Group Policies (GPO).
Your profile
10. Education: Successfully completed IT training (e.g. IT specialist for system integration, IT systems electronics technician) or a comparable qualification.
11. Technology stack: Very good knowledge of software distribution with the Frontrange DSM 7.x environment, Ivanti (Advanced Patch Management, DSM/DMZ Management Pack) and package creation (Packaging PowerBench, PSAppDeploy Toolkit).
12. Operating systems & infrastructure: Confident handling of Windows 10/11, Server 2016+, Active Directory/Azure, networks and ideally Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops.
13. Industry knowledge: At least 1 year of media experience in a broadcasting company (full-service provider) or 3 years in a comparable production/broadcasting environment is mandatory.
14. Certification: ITIL Foundation certification (at least V3).
15. Languages & Communication: Fluent German (C2) and good English skills (B2) complete your profile.
