As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be the face of our technical expertise, conducting compelling product demonstrations and presentations to help prospective customers understand how our solutions can solve their challenges.
1. Sales & Client Support:
o You will act as a technical liaison for the sales team, providing expert product knowledge and consultation to potential clients.
o Identify opportunities within existing client accounts based on their technical needs.
o Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of our data center services.
o Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on their infrastructure needs.
o Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for new business acquisition.
o Assist in creating proposals and documentation for client solutions.
o Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
* Experience:
o A degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
o Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.

o Knowledge of data center best practices, server hardware, networking equipment, and related components.
* Skills:
o Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
o Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
o Familiarity with network topologies and protocols.
o Demonstrated ability to build trust with clients.
o Certifications such as CompTIA A+ are highly desirable.
