Role overview:
AI Acceleration is a unit within AZ-service “Data Analytics & AI” area. We develop and deliver (Gen)AI / agentic solutions for OEs/Businesses.
We are looking for a principle AI engineer to act as Agentic AI lead, who will take the responsibility of solution development, customer interaction, solution structuring and delivery in the Agentic AI solution area.
What you do:
* Coordinate and lead the agentic solution related activities.
* Design, develop and roll out the Agentic AI solution
* Drive effective dialog with business units to structure the most suitable solution for the business problem.
* Push the solution to go-live. Accompany the AI journey after go-live. Hand over the AI operation to the operation partner. Act as key contact person for the corresponding solutions
What you bring:
* Master degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, or similar directions. PhD in similar direction is a plus.
* 5 years of experience working in insurance or related industry
* 3 years of experience in (Gen)AI solution development
* Proficient development skills with Python
* Deep understanding and practical experience of basic (Gen)AI approaches, e.g. RAG
* Practical experience with multi-agent AI system is a plus.
* Strong skills in co-creating with business users for AI solution scoping and delivery. Presenting the solution to the stakeholders.
* Experience with MCP / A2A protocol and agentic frameworks is a plus
* DevOps experience is a plus
* Experience with ETL process is a plus
