The will support the implementation and optimization of our Allocate Optima SaaS application to improve staffing efficiency and operational outcomes for our customers.Your tasksAs a Consultant in one of our two consulting teams, you will play an important role in the implementation of RLDatix software products in German hospitals. Your tasks will includeConfiguration of our Optima SaaS applicationGathering, evaluating and documenting business requirementsReporting to the most important stakeholdersIndependent planning of activities with sub-project management depending on experience levelCollaboration on the further development of our software productsWhat Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You HavingWe are looking for candidates who are committed to making a difference in the healthcare industry by providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates should have:Degree in IT, computer science, business informatics, a related field or equivalent IT training.Strong conceptual and analytical skills and the ability to work independently.Professional demeanor and good interpersonal skills in dealing with both customers and colleaguesInitiative, excellent self-organization, assertiveness and flexibility.Willingness to visit our customers in Germany on a regular basisA background in implementing software projects (HR software) in the healthcare sector would be advantageousExperience in conducting user workshops (planning, leading and taking minutes of meetings)Experience in conducting product training, both one-on-one and in small groupsProblem-solver mentalityGood written and spoken English skills, German C1 or C2 levelBy enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
