Your Responsibilities :
* Provide day-to-day support to the Finance & Administration team
* Assist with payment processes: invoice collection, coding, banking entry, and control checks
* Process and file invoices efficiently
* Perform bank reconciliations
* Liaise with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers
Your Profile :
* Strong communication skills in French and a good command of English
* Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
* Team player with the ability to follow instructions precisely
* Analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
* Basic understanding of accounting principles and VAT
* Proficient in office software (Excel, PDF, Adobe - Aderant is a plus)
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
* Eager to learn and grow professionally
