These are your responsibilities:
* Evaluate and map emerging technological innovations and scientific research, keeping abreast of the latest trends.
* Conduct comprehensive competitor and market analysis.
* Manage reporting activities, including preparation, improvement and analysis of monthly financial reports.
* Support M&A projects and partnership initiatives, as well as special management board requests.
* Provide strategic & operational support to regional teams in Europe, North America, Middle East and Australia.
* Support due diligence processes related to fundraising efforts.
* Drive process optimization within our headquarters and work on implementing clinical initiatives & innovations into our mental health clinics.
Your profile:
* Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Psychology, Business, or similar).
* Strong analytical thinking and numerical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong understanding of financial statements
* Curiosity and genuine interest in emerging technologies, especially AI tools and digital innovations.
* Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
* 1-2 years of professional experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with strong interpersonal abilities.
* Willingness to travel as required.
* Structured, solution-oriented, and eager to contribute in a collaborative team environment.
