The work model for the role is: hybrid (#LI-Hybrid)
You will be mainly accountable for:
* Preparation of construction and execution plans as well as expert opinions in interdisciplinary collaboration with architects, specialist planners, authorities, and internal teams.
* Management of scheduling and cost planning for construction projects, taking economic and sustainability aspects into account.
* Coordination and alignment with internal and external stakeholders, including construction companies, suppliers, and authorities.
* Inspection and selection of building materials and construction technologies with a focus on sustainability and increased efficiency.
* Monitoring of construction execution and ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and occupational safety standards.
* Conducting risk analyses and developing preventive measures to ensure compliance with environmental and occupational health and safety requirements.
Qualifications for the role
* Completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable field
* Several years of professional experience in project management and leadership
* In-depth knowledge of building regulations, standards, and occupational safety standards, as well as construction and environmental law in an industrial environment
* Confident use of CAD programs and project management tools for the efficient planning and management of construction projects
* Strong communication and negotiation skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders and authorities
