They are now looking for a (Junior) Product Manager – Digital Customer Experience to join their on-site team in Frankfurt.
Your tasks include:
1. You will continuously develop our digital customer processes and tools CRM systems, back office solutions or our chatbot) – with a focus on automation, user-friendliness and efficiency
2. You will identify potential for the use of AI and develop innovative use cases together with our specialist departments – from ChatGPT applications to process optimization
3. You will support the implementation of new features and products – from requirements definition to coordination with IT and stakeholders to go-live
4. You analyze relevant data, derive concrete recommendations for action, and implement targeted measures with performance tracking via dashboards and reports
5. You will actively participate in the development and prioritization of the team roadmap and work closely with all relevant departments
Requirements
6. You have successfully completed a university degree with a focus on business administration and/or IT technology business administration, business informatics, economics)
7. You have already gained practical experience in product management or in the digital environment
8. You work analytically and structured, approach challenges in a solution-oriented manner and implement tasks decisively
9. You have a strong hands-on mentality and enjoy agile teamwork and collaboration with different departments
10. You have fluent written and spoken German skills and can also communicate very well in English
