We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer AIrbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Quality Conformance Manager" (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
1. Ensure the conformity of a product/service with quality requirements and support on-time and on-cost delivery by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty
2. Lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement project or initiatives by setting the measurement standards and identifying or facilitating improvements to increase
3. Process performance and product adherence to standards
4. Reliability of processes
5. Repeatability of processes, at initial design phase, before any process changes are made and continuously through the life of a product
6. Responsibility for quality processes, performance and transformation of Airbus / Satair materials management services (process definition and maintenance, process adherence, process improvement, performance management, digitization)
7. Leading the local process footprint, while contributing to the global, and in close collaboration with local operations teams (quality, warehouse, customer troubleshooting)
8. Focal point of ASOQX in various MFTs
Your profile:
9. Completed studies in the field of aerospace or a comparable qualification
10. More than three years of professional experience in the fiel of Quality Management, Process improvement and quality assurance
11. Good knowledge of lean and process management
12. Basic knowledge of change management and KAIZEN
13. Good knowledge of SAP
14. Knowledge of Google Workspace
15. Skywise IT Development knowledge/ coding
16. Fluent in English
