Role Overview: As our Marketing Manager, you will be a responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for our portfolio of Digital & Service-enabled solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the logistics and supply chain market - its key players and customers to develop compelling messaging, positioning, and strategies that drive demand, adoption, and growth. This role can be pursued at either of our offices in Zurich, Hamburg or Prague. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new solutions, product enhancements, and market expansions. Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Translate insights into actionable strategies that differentiate our products in the marketplace. Craft clear and compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences. Lead the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and strong market impact. Develop training materials and content to empower the sales team to effectively communicate the value of our service and product offerings. Conduct training sessions and webinars to ensure sales teams are well-equipped to win in the market. Utilize our most compelling customer success stories to refine product marketing strategies and drive customer advocacy. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of product marketing initiatives. Regularly report on performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars. Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, including blogs, whitepapers, and speaking engagements, to enhance brand credibility and authority. Requirements: 5 years of experience in Marketing or Customer Success in the Logistics, Logtech or Supply Chain industry. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Deep understanding of market research techniques and data analysis. Experience with product management and product lifecycle management. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CMS, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Framer, HubSpot, Google Analytics).
