Your Role :
As a mid to senior level Corporate Lawyer, you will be involved in a wide range of technically challenging and international matters, including:
* Advising high-profile international clients on corporate and transactional matters
* Drafting and negotiating complex corporate documentation
* Working on cross-border transactions and strategic projects
* Acting as a trusted advisor in close collaboration with Partners
* Taking ownership of files while remaining supported by a strong and accessible team
Your Profile :
* Qualified lawyer with solid experience in corporate law
* Mid to senior level, with the ability to work autonomously on files
* Strong technical skills and intellectual curiosity
* Comfortable in an international and client-facing environment
