Job Description: Customer Quality Assurance
• Main contact for Customers in case of any Quality issues after Start Of Production (SOP) and B sample delivery
• Quick response to the quality issues at OEM‘s, like questions, rework and sorting activities
• Build and maintain good relationship with Customers
• Transfer Customer Specific Requirements correctly to CATL quality core team
• Work with internal project quality team to analyze quality issues happened on customer production site and in field
• Coordinate and arrange the return of rejected items from customers, work closely with customers for important quality issues
• Instruct customer to ensure proper assembly. Follow up the assembled status of our products to the counterparts, including cell, module, pack and battery system etc.
• Manage and handle security incidents
• Support the resolution of overseas key customer complaints
• Work location: Germany
• Involves business trips due to business requirements
Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field (Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent).
2. Two to three years quality engineer experience is preferred.
3. Well-known five tools of quality management and the application of quality tools.
4. Be familiar with the basic structure of battery products, manufacturing process and characteristics, with basic data analysis and risk assessment capabilities.
5. With quality audit capabilities, understanding of IATF16949 and VDA 6.3.
6. Can solve the quality issues independently, with proficiency in 8D methodology.
7. Excellent English and local language (e.g. German / Finnish) communication skills (written and verbal).
8. EU drive license is preferred.
