Establish and chair an IT Asset Management Governance Committee with cross-functional representation (IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Business Units)
Govern all vendor audit responses, ensuring zero material findings and audit-readiness at all times
Partner with the CFO and IT Finance on multi-year technology spend forecasting and budget optimization
Report ITAM performance, risk, and savings outcomes to the CTO/CIO and executive leadership on a quarterly basis
Define and mature the ITAM operating model, incorporating SAM, HAM, and Cloud Asset Management under a unified practice
OPERATIONAL SCOPE
Oversee hardware lifecycle management from procurement through retirement, including refresh planning and end-of-life risk mitigation
Govern software license compliance across on-premise, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid environments
