Operational Excellence Associate
The role of Operational Excellence Associate plays a pivotal part in supporting the General Manager Benelux with day-to-day operations. This position involves providing vital delivery support, acting as a trusted advisor, and driving alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.
This professional will assist the General Manager and Office Managing Partner Luxembourg in partnership management, monitoring implementation decisions, and providing organisational support.
To achieve operational excellence, the successful candidate will leverage AI tools to drive efficiency, analyse information from various sources, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include meeting coordination, operational governance, partner and world firm matters, strategy and business planning, and internal communication.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services firm, with a proven ability to cope with high demands, tight schedules, and sensitive information.
* Affinity with generative AI tools and excellent organisational and project management skills are essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills in French and English are required, with the ability to liaise at all levels within the firm and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
