You'll be responsible for ensuring that both guests and staff enjoy a top-class experience – every day. Your tasks will include:Leading and motivating your team – including both supervisors and employeesEnsuring profitable operations with focus on revenue, wage control, and minimizing wasteCompliance with all applicable standards, food safety regulations, and operational manualsImplementation of new concepts and strategiesPlanning and managing staff schedules – including handling sickness coverageCollaborating closely with Assistant Managers, Area Managers, and other internal functionsYou are responsible for ensuring that the restaurant is always inspection-ready and meets Sunset Boulevard's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.What We Expect from YouWe are looking for someone who naturally takes the lead and isn't afraid of responsibility – even during busy periods. You have solid leadership experience, ideally from the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry (though this is not a requirement). Additionally, you take a structured approach to both operations and financial management.You're passionate about recruiting, training, and developing your team, and you know how to motivate people and build team spirit. You speak Danish and/or English – and if you also speak German, that's a big plus.You have strong business acumen and are used to working with performance targets and KPIs.
