A key position within our organization, the Dynamics 365 CRM Power Key User plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless data management and utilization across daily operations.
As part of this team, you will act as a primary point of contact for sales users from various national and international sales teams, offering guidance and support in their use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
* Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance user proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
* Design and maintain effective reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses to inform strategic sales decisions.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive implementation of new CRM features and functionality.
* Maintain the integrity and quality of CRM data through regular monitoring and evaluation.
Requirements:
* Degree in business, IT, sales, or a related field is required, accompanied by at least five years of experience in a comparable role utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
* Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM contexts is essential, alongside proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and Power BI.
* Affinity for digitalization, data quality, and process optimization is highly valued.
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in both German and English are necessary for success in this position.
