Your responsibilities:
* Maintain and update contracts within the DocuSign CLM system.
* Ensure that contracts adhere to internal DocuSign CLM policies, applying the correct document naming conventions and metadata attributes.
* Support the Legal team in daily user requests related to workflow adjustments and new workflow creations.
* Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining user manuals and training materials for the DocuSign CLM system.
* Manage and update the DocuSign CLM Workplace/Workvivo page, ensuring users are informed about system updates, best practices, and new functionalities.
* Contribute to improving internal efficiency by helping to streamline processes and communication.
Your profile:
* Current enrollment in a Law program at a recognized university.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to handle repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
* Good communication skills in English.
* Interest in legal tech, contract management systems, and digital processes.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, etc) is an asset.
* Prior experience in a legal, compliance, or tech-related role (e.g., internship, student position) is a plus.
* Experience with data entry, tagging, or metadata management in any system is a plus.
* Eagerness to learn about legal operations as an emerging field at the intersection of law, technology, and business.
* Ability to grasp complex systems and processes quickly and contribute to process documentation and user support.
