What We're Looking For Fully qualified lawyer (1st & 2nd State Exam) Several years of experience in corporate law, ideally gained in an international law firm or a leading industrial/financial company. Strong understanding of corporate governance and supervisory board requirements. Proactive mindset, analytical strength, and ability to deliver clear, reliable advice under time pressure.
