Facility Manager Job
At our company, you will have a significant impact on the development of our CAFM software and be responsible for the implementation and further development of ticketsystem.
The position involves coordinating and bundling individual requirements for a targeted implementation and further development of our CAFM software. This includes developing a comprehensive and legally secure documentation of technical building management tasks.
* Developing a systemic provision of seamless and legally secure performance documentation in technical building management.
* Supporting with analyses of weaknesses and costs for locations, service providers, and cost groups and leading to optimization strategies for building services operations.
* Working together on providing requirements for an effective report landscape (including KPIs for timely compliance with recurring performances and examinations).
* Supporting the further development of training documents and independently conducting training sessions.
* Being responsible for working out process optimizations and further developing meaningful asset data.
* Supporting with planning of service offerings and controlling of contractually agreed acceptances, fault management, and final documentation.
Requirements
* A completed degree in building technology/facility management or a comparable technical degree.
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in facility management and maintenance, preferably in the industry or logistics sector.
* Comprehensive knowledge of CAFM systems, preferably IFS Ultimo, acquired.
* Describing your work style as solution-oriented, analytical, and structured, combined with high resilience and independent working style.
