For our client, an international bank based in frankfurt, we are looking for a Strategic Enterprise & Business Architect / Target Operating Model (TOM) Expert.
Essentials of the Role:
* Lead the design of the Target State Business Architecture
* Design capability models, value streams, operating models, and business services.
* Develop and maintain the transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and collaboration across Technology, Data, Compliance, and Risk.
* Support change initiatives by ensuring programme and project designs remain aligned with the agreed Target State and architectural principles.
Candidate Requirements:
* Strong experience in Target Operating Model (TOM) in an international bank
* Consultancy experience or banking experience
* Strong business analysis skills, including requirements capture and process design to support lower‑level solution development.
* Excellent communication and senior‑stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence across organisational boundaries and simplify complex concepts for decision‑making.
