Your tasks
9. Project management: Overall responsibility for the coordination and control of construction within your project section.
10. Team leadership: Providing technical guidance, leadership and support to the on-site construction supervision team.
11. Quality management: Ensuring timely, high-quality and cost-effective implementation in accordance with planning, contract and technical regulations.
12. Interface management: Close coordination with clients, specialist planners, construction companies, authorities and suppliers.
13. Trade supervision: Monitoring and evaluation of services in earthworks, civil engineering and excavation (including soil management, mass determination, and fill methods).
14. Plan review: Review and approval of execution documents, construction schedules and construction site logistics.
15. Risk management: Early detection and documentation of deviations or disruptions, and initiation of countermeasures.
16. Compliance: Adherence to occupational safety, health protection, environmental and nature conservation regulations.
17. Communication: Moderation of construction meetings, creation of status reports and complete documentation.
18. Contract management: Review of measurements and invoices, as well as support in supplementary negotiations.
Your profile
19. Extensive experience: At least 15 years of relevant professional experience in service phases 8 and 9 (HOAI) as construction supervisor.
20. Industry expertise: Sound experience in handling complex large-scale projects in the field of civil engineering and specialist foundation engineering.
21. Leadership talent: Exceptional organizational, management, and leadership skills.
22. Legal certainty: In-depth knowledge of the legal regulations ( VOB/B, VOB/C, DIN standards, § 631 ff. BGB ).
23. Soft skills: Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and a confident demeanor.
24. Language skills: German language skills at a solid level ( at least C1 ).
