What you’ll do
As an Associate User Assistance Developer, you'll contribute to the development of the Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) and tools used to build business software with ABAP.
After a comprehensive onboarding, you will:
1. Create and maintain user assistance artifacts, such as online documentation and user guides
2. Work with state-of-the art authoring tools like DITA CMS
3. Help our users to benefit from generative AI capabilities in our ABAP tooling—transforming how business applications are developed
4. Tailor our product documentation and rollout material to our target audience of mainly ABAP developers

What you bring
You have a solid academic background with a degree in Technical Writing or a related technical field. We're looking for someone with:
5. The ability to understand technical concepts and to elegantly express complex information in a clear and precise manner
6. Practical experience with developing software in at least one programming language
7. Fluent communication skills in both German and English
