Support the strategy planning and target setting together with the director of the business. Lead and coordinate with internal supporting functions and teams to ensure the clients receive the suitable solutions, products, and support Feedback and align the gathered market information to product management and R&D Initiating, attending and contributing to company's branding and marketing activities including important industry conferences and events Requirements: Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or Business Administration is preferred. Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a B2B sales and solution environment with technical focus; Knowledge and experience of the energy Industry solution requirement and design. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, highly motivated, team player, goal oriented and success driven individual and able to work independently with minimum guidance. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills including good listening, probing, and qualification abilities; Fluency in German and English is a must.
