* Analyse komplexer Störungen und Durchführung des Problem Managements
* Mitarbeit im operativen Release Management (Core und Radio Network)
* Durchführung von Changes und Konfigurationsmanagement
* Erstellung und Pflege der notwendigen Dokumentationen

Ihr Profil
Ausbildung / Studium
* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker/-in, IT-Systemelektroniker/-in, IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau) oder vergleichbares Studium (Informatik oder ähnlich)
Berufserfahrung
