Hydrocolloids Applications Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Hydrocolloids Applications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our research and development team, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing hydrocolloid solutions for the food and beverage industry.
About the Role:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative hydrocolloid-based products that meet customer needs.
* Analyze data from laboratory-scale experiments to inform process improvements and product formulations.
To be successful in this position, you should have:
* A PhD or Master's degree in Food Science, Material Science, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field;
* No less than 10 years of experience working with hydrocolloids in industrial R&D settings;
