Responsibilities
• Project Supervision: Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are executed
according to the design, schedule, and quality standards.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate and collaborate with EPC management (located in Berlin), contractors,
and facility management to maintain workflow and productivity. Also support by identifying and
communicating needs and concerns of space owners from the local Engineering team.
• HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) and Quality: Enforce HSE regulations, ensuring a safe working
environment for all site personnel and high-quality construction activities.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential issues or delays and implement solutions to mitigate risks or
setbacks. Escalate topics to the Construction Manager when needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Knowledge and experience in medium- and low-voltage electrical power installations.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and German is a must.
• Strong decision-making skills and a get-things-done attitude.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
