What we look for: You support the Finance & Accounting team in the preparation and processing of ongoing financial transactions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger). You assist with the monthly closing process, account reconciliations, and journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards. You contribute to the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses for management and external stakeholders. You help optimize finance processes and internal documentation, identifying potential improvements in automation and data consistency. You collaborate with internal departments and external partners (e.g. auditors, tax advisors, banks) to ensure smooth financial operations. You take ownership of recurring accounting tasks and support ad-hoc analyses or special projects as needed. What we require: You hold a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, you have completed vocational training in accounting or finance. You have at least 1–2 years of practical experience in accounting, controlling, or finance (ideally in a dynamic environment such as consulting or digital business). You are familiar with basic accounting principles (HGB/IFRS) and have first experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g. Datev, SAP, NetSuite). You have strong Excel skills; experience with Power Query, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus. You work precisely, reliably, and structured, with a high attention to detail and a sense of responsibility. You are a proactive, communicative team player who enjoys working independently and solution-oriented. You are fluent in English and German.
