Your Job
What this role looks like.
* Implementing a company-wide customer data strategy that serves as the foundation for efficient and holistic collection, use and enrichment of customer data throughout the entire customer jourrney
* Continuously monitoring and analysing KPIs for all customer data activities (incl. collection, campaigns, personalisation, engagement, customer touchpoints, churn prevention, etc.) and deriving recommendations for action to achieve our goals
* Creating and (further) developing new tools and measures for successful lead generation and customer profiling (data enrichment) as well as designing data-driven use cases
* Identifying relevant data sources (CRM, web analytics, transaction data, etc.) and ensuring structured and GDPR-compliant data collection
* Providing support in the selection and further development of marketing technology and data tools (e.g. CDP, data warehouse, analytics platforms)
* Working closely with the data science, analytics, CRM, IT and data protection teams to successfully integrate and further develop data-driven business areas
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
* Successfully completed degree in economics, business informatics, marketing, e-commerce or a comparable qualification
* 3+ years of professional experience in CRM, customer data management and, ideally, newsletters and dialogue marketing, preferably in a start-up environment
* Knowledge of data analysis, segmentation, data architecture and customer analytics
* Very good English language skills (C level)
* Project management and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and networking skills, as well as the ability to liaise between different departments
* Strong digital expertise and an affinity for new media and tools
