HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
Your tasks
* Advise and support managers in leadership and employee development, including organizational unit development, in German and/or English
* Coordinate personnel requirements with departments and initiate staffing processes upon approval
* Prepare and implement personnel measures such as recruitment, transfers, reclassifications, and exits
* Represent HR measures in discussions with employee representatives and staff
* Support disciplinary actions and coordinate legal matters with external counsel, including participation in court hearings
* Collaborate proactively with internal interfaces (e.g., HR Coordination, line managers)
* Optimize onboarding processes and design interdisciplinary training programs for employees and managers
* Develop and implement concepts for promoting company values and performance review processes
* Create individual development plans and monitor progress
* Advise managers on organizational development initiatives
* Ensure compliance with HR-related KPIs (e.g., data quality, headcount, turnover, absence rates) and report to relevant departments
* Initiate corrective actions in case of deviations and monitor implementation
* Support HR leadership in negotiations and implementation of works agreements
* Lead or contribute to HR projects and sub-projects
* Independently plan and execute corporate health management initiatives
* Ensure successful execution of internal and external audits
Your profile
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Several years of experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner
* Strong knowledge of labor law and experience working with employee representatives
* Very good comprehension and analytical thinking skills as well as a careful and structured way of working
* Excellent communication and advisory skills
* Strategic mindset and high level of initiative
* Proficient in HR systems (for example Workday) and MS Office (Word & Excel)
* Very good team and communication skills
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
