aescolab provides high quality blood analyses that help you to achieve your best energy level in your daily life.
We believe in a preventive approach to healthcare and support those that feel restricted by exhaustion and a lack of energy to grasp their full potential. Our product combines granular blood biomarker analysis, tailored lifestyle recommendations, educational content and close support to uncover the roots of fatigue symptoms.
Founded in 2024, backed by Danish impact fund KRING and headquartered in Berlin, aescolab started to build out a strong team to roll out its commercial activities in the German market. As aescolabs Marketing Intern (m/w/d) you will work directly with our Co Founder & CEO Stephan.

YOUR PROFILE
* Academic background in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field.
* First experience through internships, working student positions, or project work in marketing, ideally in a start up or digital environment.
* Passion for digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends.
* Strong communication skills, creativity, and an eye for visual storytelling.
* Self motivated and proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
* Very good written and spoken German and English language skills.
YOUR ROLE
* Develop and implement marketing activities with a focus on social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Create engaging content (text, image, video) in alignment with our brand and messaging.
* Plan and execute caigns to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
* Analyse marketing KPIs and optimize performance based on insights.
* Support the execution of email marketing, website updates, and paid advertising.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners such as designers, photographers, and agencies.
* Help organize and promote marketing and community events.
* Assist in PR, influencer outreach, and community management initiatives.
* Contribute to the continuous development of aescolabs brand presence and tone of voice..
