Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Trainee. This role is ideal for recent graduates, students, or individuals looking to develop their skills in customer service operations.

About the Job:

As a Customer Service Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the Complaint Management team and contributing to various activities that enhance your skills in customer service, service quality, and process optimization.

* Process customer requests in a timely and accurate manner.
* Support daily operations by assisting with credit card back-office tasks and managing routine administrative workflows.
* Engage with customers through various channels with a service-minded and professional approach.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Assist on internal projects as needed, such as process improvements or testing activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Solid written and verbal communication skills in German, enabling you to interact clearly and effectively.
* A proactive and reliable team player who contributes positively to a collaborative environment.
* Curiosity, adaptability, and cultural awareness.
* Fluency in German and English, with any other languages being a bonus.
