The role of a Project Manager is critical to the success of large-scale projects, particularly those in the energy and industry sectors. A Project Manager leads cross-functional teams in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead project teams to ensure timely completion of projects, while managing costs, resources, and risks.
* Maintain effective communication with customers and suppliers throughout each project's life cycle.
* Ensure compliance with relevant public regulations and policies.
* Take full project responsibility for contractual requirements, milestones, and criticalities under consideration of schedule, budget, and customer expectations.
* Prepare and present progress and financial reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' direct experience in project management, preferably in the energy or industry sector.
* Fluent written and spoken proficiency in German and English languages.
