What it's all about
The Team:
At JobLeads, we’re building a smarter way for job seekers to find their next opportunity. Our Content & Insights team sits at the intersection of data, storytelling, and digital engagement. We collaborate cross-functionally to produce meaningful narratives, insightful research, and audience-first content. As part of a fast-paced marketing team, you’ll work closely with talented editors, designers, analysts, and strategists who are passionate about transforming the job search experience.
Your Role:
We're looking for a dynamic Community & Social Media Manager to amplify JobLeads' voice and presence across key digital communities. Your mission is to organically insert JobLeads into high-value conversations, identify trending job-seeker needs, and elevate our insights through real-time, platform-native storytelling. You’ll be the bridge between online communities and our content engine—bringing external signals inward and broadcasting our value outward.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Build and maintain an authentic presence on Reddit, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and niche career communities.
* Identify, map, and engage with the top 20 job-search and career-related subreddits and professional forums.
* Monitor and analyze community conversations to surface recurring themes, questions, and pain points.
* Collaborate with visual editors and designers to create engaging, platform-optimized content (e.g., carousels, charts, short-form posts).
* Deliver regular community intelligence and sentiment reports to the Content & Insights team.
* Support the creation of repeatable, platform-specific content formats (Reddit threads, LinkedIn Docs, myth-busting posts, AMAs, etc.).
* Drive organic visibility, authority, and traffic to JobLeads’ insights and content.
* Lead 1–2 small “community-led content” initiatives by translating real-time trends into campaigns.
* Build lightweight workflows and reporting systems to streamline distribution and performance tracking.
What You'll Need:
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in community management, with a strong focus on Reddit.
* Deep understanding of community culture and how to contribute with authenticity and value.
* Proven ability to identify and act on relevant trends and opportunities across platforms.
* Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and format for different channels.
* Data-driven mindset with experience measuring performance and optimizing engagement.
Nice If You Have:
* Experience in the job search, recruitment, HR tech, or career coaching sectors.
* Ability to work with visual creators to co-produce social-first assets.
* Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
* Background in social listening or community intelligence roles.
* Understanding of digital PR and how social media supports brand authority.
What You Can Expect On Board:
* Cross-functional support from a collaborative marketing team including visual design and data insights experts.
* A mission-driven culture focused on improving the job search experience globally.
* Opportunities to take creative ownership and build a visible, high-impact function from the ground up.
* Flexibility, autonomy, and the tools you need to thrive in a remote-first environment.
* Annual company sailing week in the Mediterranean plus EU-wide team meetups.
If you’re passionate about online communities, love digging into real-time conversations, and want to shape how job seekers connect with meaningful insights—we’d love to hear from you.
