In the IT Operations department of Beiersdorf we are responsible for delivering IT infrastructure services on a global scale to the entire Beiersdorf Group, which comprises more than 20,000 employees worldwide. Our primary focus is to ensure uninterrupted IT operations through efficient automation. Within the department, the IT Identity Management Team specifically handles the management of employee users, automated onboarding and offboarding processes, and shaping services and processes related to user access. As a team member, you will be involved in designing and implementing automated processes, playing a crucial role in delivering a seamless user experience for these services.
Our tech & application stack:
* Directory: Active Directory, Entra ID.
* Process Tools: Microsoft Identity Manager, NEXIS 4.0, Service Now.
* Development: MS SQL, Powershell, Node.js.
* Reporting: Power BI, SSRS.
Your Tasks
* You will be involved in designing and implementing identity and access management (IAM) processes that are mostly automated. This includes defining workflows, roles, and permissions, as well as creating automation scripts to streamline user provisioning, onboarding, recertification and offboarding processes.
* Design & Implementation of IAM Processes: From drafting an integrated process, alignment with compliance and business functions, up to implementing a technical solution.
* Integration of new Systems into our Ecosystems: You will be responsible for integrating new systems and applications into the IAM environment.
* Developing connectors to integrate data and attributes and defining the strategy of synchronization of data.
* Implementation of an end-to-end monitoring of the Identity Management landscape and processes: You will develop and implement monitoring solutions to ensure the optimal performance of the identity management landscape and processes. This includes monitoring the execution of processes, jobs, and infrastructure components to identify any issues or bottlenecks and proactively address them.
* Improvement & extension of current IAM Processes: You will continuously assess and improve existing IAM processes to enhance efficiency, security, and user experience. This involves identifying areas for optimization, implementing process enhancements, and staying updated with industry best practices.
* Troubleshooting technical & procedural issues.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field of study, an apprenticeship in an IT profession, or relevant work experience.
* A strong understanding of identity management concepts, principles, and best practices is crucial. Familiarity with core concepts of identity compliance and processes are essential.
* Proficiency in working with Active Directory is essential. Knowledge of AD structure, user and group management, authentication, and authorization processes is necessary.
* Proficiency in scripting, data handling with SQL databases and powershell is required.
* Ability to design processes, user lifecycle and provisioning processes is vital.
* Experiences with Service Now or other workflow tools is beneficial.
* Ability tounderstand and modify existing code. Experiences with .NET (C#) or Node.js is beneficial.
* Innovative mindset with a focus on improving existing systems.
* Continuous learning, growth mindset, and adaptability to new technologies and techniques.
* Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
