Your key responsibilities:
* Play a central role in the financial management of real estate entities while contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.
* Manage the full accounting cycle for several entities (entries, VAT, tax compliance, and closings).
* Control and record client and supplier invoices.
* Monitor banking operations and perform reconciliations.
* Contribute to the preparation of periodic financial statements.
* Plan, anticipate, and monitor cash flow.
* Conduct budget analyses, identify variances, and recommend optimizations.
* Produce clear and reliable reports for management, supporting strategic decision-making.
Your profile:
* 3 to 6 years of experience in accounting (fiduciary/big4 or family office).
* Comfortable working in structured environments, with strong attention to detail.
* Knowledge of IFRS standards and/or consolidation is a strong asset.
* Degree in Accounting (bachelor's level or equivalent).
* Fluent in both French and English.
