A leading international main contractor delivering large-scale data centre and mission critical projects across Europe is looking to recruit an experienced Logistics Manager for a flagship data centre development in Massen, Germany.

The Role
As Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all site logistics activities to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of the project. You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and senior management to maintain programme performance and site safety.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage the full site logistics strategy for the project
• Coordinate deliveries, access routes, storage areas, and material flow across site
• Manage traffic management plans and vehicle movements
• Oversee site access control, security, and welfare arrangements
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient scheduling of deliveries
• Ensure logistics operations comply with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Support construction teams in maintaining programme deadlines and reducing disruption
• Monitor logistics performance and identify improvements across the project lifecycle
• Work closely with project leadership to support overall site operations
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Logistics Manager on large-scale construction projects
• Strong background in data centres, industrial build, mission critical, or major commercial projects
• Experience managing complex logistics on live construction sites
• Strong understanding of health & safety and construction site operations
• Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English required; German language skills beneficial but not essential
