Responsibilities Partner with ETQ Sales teams to review customer requirements and priorities and propose an implementation solution based upon the customer’s key priorities, ETQ Reliance capabilities, industry best practices and ETQ’s proven implementation methodologies. Propose a long-term roadmap for deployment including deployment of applications, system integrations, historical data migration, etc. to enable customers to achieve their QMS goals. Provide dynamic proposal presentations to establish trust in ETQ Professional Services as a partner in our customers’ success. Partner with the Professional Services Team to ensure a successful project kick-off. Remain engaged with the PS Team throughout the project to address any questions regarding scope changes as well as maintain alignment to the long-term roadmap. Create and adhere to Opportunity Close Plans and maintain related updates within CRM. Maintain up-to-date and accurate service pipeline and forecast aligned to achieving quarterly quota. Identify and propose new service offerings to aid customers in achieving success. Provide feedback to peers and management on recommendations for process or methodology improvements. Deliver training/materials on New Service Offerings and special projects as needed. Maintain the security and privacy of ETQ’s information assets. Ability to travel occasionally for company offsites or business critical meetings. Education / Qualifications Successful background in selling Software as a Service and/or Professional Services for a SaaS product. 5+ years of experience in system design and implementation is a plus. Strong technical skills; knowledge of scripting languages (ex: Python/SQL) and API’s is a plus. Strong sales, presentation, communication, analytical, process improvement, and planning skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
